I viewed it large and there's some terrific texture in the brick and cement work in addition to a great sky. The tones are superb too

I am even further north than you so know about the rain. I also know about the skies, and also about the chimney tops holding a fascination. Unfortunately I have no way of viewing them for a decent shot unless I scaled a roof!
