I took much more interesting photos today, but this one had a sort of old-timey, hanging in an Irish pub kind of look to it that just spoke to me.
Obviously I went a little crazy with the post-processing, but I love the mix of colors and lines. I wish I could have done more to bring out the red in the bramble in the bottom-left, but my photoshop chops are meager at best!

Thomas Edison did not invent the light bulb. He did, however, develop the first practical light bulb in 1880 (employing a carbonized bamboo filament), shortly prior to Joseph Swan, who invented an even more efficient bulb in 1881 (which used a cellulose filament).
