We are the people who run this country. We are the deciders. And every single day, every single one of us needs to step outside and take some action to help stop this war. Raise hell. Think of something to make the ridiculous look ridiculous. Make our troops know we're for them and trying to get them out of there.
Today was my birthday. Apparantly I'm 58 years old. Actually, I'm 38 but the number 3 got lost on the way home, so we had to borrow against Matilda's next birthday. Matilda wanted me to bake myself a cake. And of course it was a butterfly cake.
Without any sense of bragging, it is a simple, objective and universally-accepted fact that I make the best apple pie in human history. Take THAT, grandma!
