If ya can't beat 'er, shove 'er in a dress
I never really bothered to express my outrage over Bush’s folksy, good ‘ol boy sexism at last week’s press conference when he offered to send Pelosi some Republican interior decorators to help her pick out new drapes for the Speaker’s office. Bad joke aside, he never did make the same comment about Gates’ incoming décor. But nice catch from AmericaBlog on the Associated Press towing the 1950s line:
Funny, can’t say I recall ever seeing a caption describing what suit Cheney was wearing to accompany his scowl du jour.Â
